Yoga is for everyone. No matter how flexible, whatever your age, fitness or gender - there is no such thing as being “Bad at Yoga”! You will never be made to feel inadequate or self concious - after all, Yoga is meant to be fun as well as relaxing!

I hope to show you this in my classes by guiding you through your practice and help your body feel how you’ve always wanted it to. 

Yoga has many amazing benefits - working from the inside out.

My personal blend of  Hatha Yoga is a mixture of Sivananda and Vinyasa flow, combining precise alignment with deep stretching and proper breathing technique. I also throw in a couple of challenmges along the way too! 

I like to focus on each individual, showing you that weakness is only an opportunity for change, in a comfortable, relaxed and friendly environment. In my classes you will  never be a number and you will always receive genuine attention to help you reach your full potential and beyond.
