My personal blend of Hatha Yoga is a mixture of Sivananda
and Vinyasa flow, combining precise alignment with deep stretching
and proper breathing technique. I also throw in a couple of
challenmges along the way too!
I like to focus on each individual, showing you that weakness is only an opportunity for change, in a comfortable, relaxed and friendly environment. In my classes you will never be a number and you will always receive genuine attention to help you reach your full potential and beyond.
