My classes are friendly, relaxed and down to earth. Not only will you feel de-stressed and energized, but also strong and healthy from the inside out. I blend challenging postures with proper breathing technique and total relaxation. 

My aim is to promote physical as well as mental fitness while bringing out a more grounded, flexible and balanced you.

YOGA COURSES:
 


  
**  NEW 10 WEEK COURSE STARTING 12th January 2009 ! **  Book early to avoid disappointment. 

Weekly classes are held at the Dance Studio in Kingston College, Kingston Hall Road, KT1 2AQ.
(5mins from Kingston and Surbiton Stations.) and St Matthew's Church Hall, Kingsdown Road, Surbiton, KT6 6JZ.

Find a level and time that suits you, then book a course to keep you on track!
It is possible to make up for missed classes in the same 10 block period.

Beginner courses: For those who are new to Yoga or haven't practiced in a while and want to refresh the basics.

Improvers courses: For those who are already comfortable with the basics and keen to try some new moves.

PRIVATE SESSIONS AND SMALL GROUPS:

One-2-one classes tailored to suit your needs, in the privacy and convenience of your own home.                     Ideal if you need a class to work around your schedule or if you are looking for more individual attention.
Why not share the cost with a couple of friends and make a morning or afternoon of it!

YOGA IN THE WORKPLACE:

Could your office or school do with some de-stressing in the lunch hour? 
Need to wind down after a busy day?  
I understand the time constraints of a working day and therefore recommend a short 45 min - 1 hour class once or twice a week.
